i made it!

i made my weight goal!!!  i contemplated going on a maintenance diet for a while, but then decided to give myself one more week cos i know i can do it.  i've actually gotten a little used to it and i'm actually a little scared to go up in calories.  i just need to remember to log EVERYTHING.  that is the key to staying disciplined and within healthy limits.
