no, it's not nachos. it's a dessert from Claim Jumper, and i can't even remember what it's called. what looks like ground beef is actually apple strudel-type crumble, and what looks like a tortilla and cheese is.... a tortilla and cheese (they call it "flat bread" but i don't believe it). : /
